Job Overview:

An intermediate skilled developer role (3 years+) reporting to the development lead is available immediately. This is an in-office role within driving distance to Clifton Park NY (Albany-Saratoga). The core role is for our traditional platform (SQL, C#, VB.Net, Visual Basic) which is in maintenance, minor fix mode of its life cycle as a stable legacy platform.

Not required but we do see this role over time upskilling and playing a role on our newer technology stack (an Angular front-end and PHP/Laravel API backend on MySql) and any skills (eg Javascript) that you have would be awesome but not required and we are happy to train and grow in the role with you.

Skills & Technologies:

* Practical experience in SQL, VB.Net and C#

* Skilled in third-party API integration is a plus

* A plus would be positioning for our new stack as well but not required : web technologies including JS, HTML, CSS and use of GitHub.

* Provide input on ideas, design and overall architecture and solutions.

* Understanding and implementation of security and data protection.

* We use many common source technologies
